Return Policy & Shipping
Product Return Policy:
SWP will accept returns on SWP products in resalable unused condition within 30 days of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final on purchases of all other manufacturer parts.
Optics are to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty issues.
Blank Slides:
There are no returns on custom blank slides once order has been placed. No exceptions.
Product:
If you have problems with your product, email us at info@swprecisionarms.com within 30 days of purchase. SWP is not responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will email you an RMA to print and return with your product. Once the product is received, we will determine if there is an issue. The customer takes full responsibility for the shipping costs to SWP. If there is no issue present the customer will be required to pay return shipping cost and any labor time incurred. We will send you an invoice for payment prior to shipping the product back. If we find a defect in your product we will fix/repair or replace the product at no cost to you. By filling out and returning the RMA the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Installed items:
Once installed accessories are not returnable. No exceptions.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
Shipping:
Once an order has been placed on our website you will receive an automated email with shipping instructions and the best way to ship. Please check your spam and promotions folders for the email if you do not see it in your inbox.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that Southwest Precision Arms LLC does not ship any products to any international destinations, ever.
When you place an order please refer to our current lead times. We do our due diligence to get every order shipped in the time frame, but some things are out of our control that may cause delays. We appreciate your patience during the fulfillment stages and please don’t hesitate to email us at info@swprecisionarms.com to check on your status if it has gone beyond the lead times.
