Returns Policy
There are no returns or refunds on blank slides once order has been placed. You may make changes to orders via email only please. Refunds available on customer supplied slide purchases if slide has not been received. Returns 30 days from date of purchase on accessories. Optics are to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty.
You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 days once order has been cancelled.
If you need to return an item (not including blank slides), please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
15% Restocking fee on any returned accessories
No returns on any Accessories once installed and or used. Including (sights, compensators, barrels, etc.)
Shipping
Once an order is placed through our website you will receive an automated email with shipping instructions and the easiest way to ship. Please check your spam or promotions folders for the email if you don't see it in your inbox. Please include a copy of your purchase or at minimum write your order number on the box when you ship.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that Southwest Precision Arms LLC does not ship any products to any international destinations ever.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the current turnaround times. We do our due diligence to get every order shipped in that time frame but there are some things out of our control that may cause delays. We appreciate your patients during the fulfillment stages and please don't hesitate to call or email to check status on your order.
