CUSTOM PORTING:

  1. CUSTOM PORTING (NUMBER OF PORTS DEPENDS ON BARREL LENGTH)
  2. SPECIFIC TO YOUR EXISTING SLIDE WINDOW (PLEASE CONTACT US WITH DIMENTIONS AND PHOTOS OF YOUR SLIDE PRIOR TO ORDERING) THE PORTS WILL BE SYMMETRICALY CUT IN THE BARREL. IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS THAT ARE NOT PERFECT FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER, WE WILL NOT ADJUST THE PORTS TO MATCH. WE GURANTEE THE PORTS WILL BE PLACED WIHIN YOUR WINDOWS BUT WE WILL NOT CHANGE THE ANGLE OF THE PORTS FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER FOR AESTHETICS.

OPTIONS:

  1. BARREL FLUSH CUT AND CROWN
  2. BARREL CROWN ONLY
  3. BARREL REFINISH (BLACK NITRIDE ONLY)

-We recommend at minimum single color Cerakote on the whole slide. We do not refinish only the machined areas. If adding crown or crown and flush cut, nitride is recommended for the barrel unless you have an uncoated stainless steel barrel. The crown will be raw after machining.

Some slide refitment may be necessary after Cerakote to ensure proper slide to receiver action. We Cerakote the whole slide.

WE DO NOT PORT ALL FIREARMS SO PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST.  FOR MOST CUSTOM PORTING WE WILL REQUIRE THE SLIDE TO BE SENT WITH THE BARREL SO WE CAN GET AN ACURATE PLACEMENT FOR PORTING.

NOTE: WHEN CROWNING A BARREL THE COATING ON THE FRONT OF THE BARREL WILL BE REMOVED. IF YOU HAVE A TIN/NITRIDE/DLC OR OTHER COATING IT WILL NEED TO BE RECOATED IF YOU DESIRE THE SAME FINISH. THE ONLY FINISH WE OFFER IS BLACK NITRIDE CURRENTLY.
